politics?

It has been awhile since I wrote last (and first). I have been preoccupied with many things going on around my family. Overall, I could have made time to write but chose other things to do instead (par for the course isn't it?).

With the political arena screaming for comment I must say that I am not the least bit trusting that any candidate would be "GOOD" for our country as president (the jury is still out on Gov. Palin as VP candidate in my opinion). Having lived in Alaska for a short time and meeting quite a few people I must say that having a 80+% approval rating is a real accomplishment. The people are of a very wide conglomeration of viewpoints.

My view of the demokrautic nominee is that he cannot speak on his own and his ideas are very communistic. Being the un-politically correct person I am I will not call it something it is not ie. "socialism". Also the republican nominee is only some better in this realm also. He has a lot of socialistic ideas. Beyond these major problems that are already so entwined in our government both the candidates are wonderful...? Well these are my very brief opinions on the presidential candidates. If you believe the money you make belongs to you, then vote for the lessor of the degrees of socialism/communism. If you want your money to be dispersed and shared among the poorer people of the world and that you should not be allowed to make a fortune.... ever! then vote for the more progressive in this matter and vote in the new communist regime and send me some of your money(I am below the poverty level in the USA and your money, if you have a modest amount will go to people like me). I do not want your money and I believe you earned it and should have every right to keep it for your purposes.

I wrote this quite obviously before the election. I think we are in for quite a ride for the next term or two.
